WelcomeRothamsted Research is strongly committed to its work in collaboration with local schools. Through Research Councils UK and the BBSRC's network of Local Schools Coordinators, Rothamsted help local schools to develop links with our scientists. Since 2000 we have been supporting primary schools through the Rothamsted Science Primary Group. Our work with Secondary Schools varies from providing scientific and careers talks to projects such as the "Challney-Rothamsted science at work". Rothamsted also participates in several National Schemes such as the "Science Ambassadors", "Researchers in Residence" , BA Crest Awards and "National Science Week". |
